What are potassium pills and are there any carbs in them? Do you need a script for them?

I'm having tons of leg cramps as well.

Topic: And the fun continues

So my husband finally told his family I'm having surgery. He's been quiet about it all these months. Hasn't told a soul, won't talk to me about it. He knows it's coming so I guess he finally said something. Know what my in-laws asked upon hearing?

"So what hospital? Oh, downtown? We can come meet you! We'll all go to the casino and get some lunch! They have a great buffet!"

My sister-in-law and step daughter are now joining the family fun.

I told my husband that while he and his family are planning a casino field trip out of my surgery, my children will come home from school and be home alone, not knowing what is going on with their mother. And my husband will be the only connection they'll have to finding out.

This keeps getting worse.

Thanks everyone. I know PART of it is my crankiness from starvation, but not all of it. I can't tolerate the protein shakes so I am really starving. Sorry, broth and tea just don't do it. Grr.
