Hello,

I'm am still delighted about my overall weight loss, but here is the BUT!  I am up 12.6 LBS.  Today I am taking the bull by the horn and going back to the basics.  Water, getting it ALL in, counting my calories, protein, sodium, fat and sugar.  My goal is actually to lose 10 lbs, because at the 12 lbs I felt a little too thin.

Enough about me, how is everyone else doing.

Height 5'8.5

Original weight 350

Original goal 170

Lowest 148

currently 160.6

current goal 150

Same here, Sept 20 will be out for 5. Started at 298 lowest 145, crept back at 150 ,155, 160 (stabalized) .. Steady gain up to 174 now. I stopped exercising and can now eat flour products where as around 150-155 my pouch was ill if I did.

I have plenty of excuses why im creeping back up but comes down to I need to get back in control of my tool.

I can drink water gulping instead of sipping and can have about 1 cup of food at a time.

Im going to try the 5 day pouch test.

Good for you......Proactive is what we have to do.  Don't know about you but it is so, so scarey, the idea of gaining the weight back.  I lost about 2 lbs.  But still have about 9 left to go and need to stay focused.  Regards to you....

It works - the 5-Day Pouch Test...A couple of years ago had major stress...gained 29 lbs...Went back to basics and lost the extra weight plus couple extra pounds....Go for it!
