Happy 4 years everyone!!
How is everyone doing? I am doing amazingly well. I've maintained my 200 pound weight loss and my labs are practically perfect (according to my surgeon). Life is grande!!

Thank you Laura8603. I'm doing very well - I'm maintaining the loss - in fact, I'm 14 pounds under goal. I've never posted a pic of me since I've been on the board but decided to this afternoon. In addition to me celebrating my 4yrs, I'm also celebrating my 50th birthday (on Tuesday)
Keep up the good work everyone!

You look amazing. I can't believe it has been 4 years, I have not been as successful at keeping my weight off, and am trying to get back on track. I moved away from my surgeon, so I really don't have support there, and haven't been able to find a good doctor locally.
How much protein and calories are you eating daily?

Thanks!! I eat around 100 grams of protein and 1700-2000 calories a day. I don't see my surgeon, either, but I get my PCP to run my labs.
You can do it. You just have to believe you are worth the effort!!
