At surgery, I weighed somewhere between 323-321.  I did not get weighed that day.  12 months later I weigh 160 (a loss of 163 lbs).  I hope to lose another 20 lbs.

Is everyone starting to think about plastic surgery?

Oh, yes, and I've already had a consult with a plastic surgeon.  I'm getting my arms done and lipo in my thighs in December.  Then I have to find the financing to hopefully get my lower body lift in June!!  My boobs will have to wait until later...lol.

Congrats!  You're doing AWESOME!

Fortunately, I don't have any hanging skin, etc.  so I don't need plastic.........What a blessing!  On another note, I wish I had kept better records of monthly weight loss as you did....I think I missed  a couplle of months record keeping but otherwise, all is well.

The two biggest sellers in any bookstore are the cookbooks and the diet books. The cookbooks tell you how to prepare the food, and the diet books tell you how not to eat any of it!

Have you tried upping your protein?  That works for me.  I'm still losing steadily.

Hi - just as Laura said, up your protein and you'll find the weight coming off.  ALso, if possible, increase your exercise.  The two combined will definately make the difference.

Today is my one year surgeriversary!!!! I am down 188 pounds and loving every minute!!

14 pounds lost before surgery. My first ticker is when I hit onderland: this was my goal when I started on this journey.  I want to focus on that right now...once I get there I can reevaluate.

My second ticker is my dream goal. Even if I only visit there for a short time, it would be nice to see that number just once.  I am pretty sure I'll need plastics to hit this goal.
