11 month check in...
14 pounds lost before surgery. My first ticker is when I hit onderland: this was my goal when I started on this journey. I want to focus on that right now...once I get there I can reevaluate.
My second ticker is my dream goal. Even if I only visit there for a short time, it would be nice to see that number just once. I am pretty sure I'll need plastics to hit this goal.

I lost 110 pounds and have a BMI of 21.4. My weight has been stable for about 6 weeks now. I think I'm done losing, but I do seem to be getting smaller without losing weight. This is probably because I am working out with a trainer and because of loose skin being absorbed (god, I hope my loose skin is being absorbed!)
I'm now waffling about PS. I'd rather not spend the money or deal with the downtime. But I hate feeling like I'm wearing the skin of a much bigger person.
I'm trying to figure out how to maintain now. It's weird not being plugged into a system any more. I try to come up with new rules for myself but eating to rules tends to get me in trouble now -- where before it was the key to my success as a dieter.
I've done 5 triathlons and am training for a Half-ironman in Oct.
