yeah yeah...i know but...
I know what you are all going to say but....send me some hugs ands encouragement okay!...please
This isn't about the fact that I am in a plateau phase, this is more about I am soooo f'ing frustrated because I have lost a total of 3 pounds this past month and I don't want to lose my motivation...but it's slipping. This is how my weight loss has gone down so far:
Highest Weight=307
Surgery day=299
1st month=276 (23 pounds lost)
2nd month=257 (19 pounds lost)
3rd month=242 (15 pounds lost)
4th month=228 (14 pounds lost)
5th month=218 (10 pounds lost)
6th month=215 (3 pounds lost)
This past month is really upsetting...Can someone tell me if this pattern looks "normal"?? I know that 'everyone is different' . But the significant slow down-is that normal? Please someone give me some reassurance to ease my frustration. I read posts on this site religiously EVERYDAY. But only 3 POUNDS!!! DAMN!!! Is this going to be the norm for me?? Any feedback would be lovely...
If you are sticking with the plan and making good choices, then you know it is going to continue in the right direction. You have done so awesome so far. Don't give up this ship now!!!
Remember too, the less you have to lose, the harder it is going to be.
Hang in there!!! You've come to far to turn back now!

Have lost 100 pounds from my highest weight.....YIPPEE!!!!
I had a slow Dec. so I upped my exercise and, even though I lost 1 lb. less the next month, if you look at my pictures in my blog, there is a much bigger difference between my fourth and fifth month pictures than between my third and fourth month pictures.
Exercise rocks!

Have you checked your calorie count lately? I find when I increase my calories, I lose more. It's hard for my mind to grasp that, but for me, it works. I've also increased my exercise which definitely has helped this month. Hope you're having a better month!!
