What and how much can you eat?
From people that i have talked to, that seems like a lot. I don't know what to do, I'm afraid I'm screwing up my last shot at this.
I sometimes feel like I eat way to much, and wonder if my pouch is still a tiny pouch. But then other times I take a couple of bites and think I am going to burst. (today is one of those days).
Today so far:
Breakfast: Thin slice meat (6 slices is a serving) I could only hold four.
Snack: I had a "light" cheese stick. Ate about 3/4 of it.
Lunch: I had about five bites of boneless skinless chicken breast.
But I eat this way most days and I am on a stall right now. I have lost a little over 80 lbs. I have about 40 more that I want to lose and getting frustrated. I have been going to the gym and working out, pushing proteins and trying to get in more liquids. Do you see anything that may help me start losing again?
