Hey guys! this Tuesday I will be three weeks out and for about two weeks I have been living with a mild but constant cramp in my right calf does anyone know why? or how to help it?  i know some people get them after I just don't know why.  Thank you.

well make sure its not a blood clot... but it could be from dehydration or a vitamin deficency, or you need potassiume my best advice is to talk to your doctor ... i had the cramp in my legs because i was getting dehydrated so i hope this helped .... good luck .. yvonne

could be a calcium deficiancy. I know even before the surgery I would get calf cramps if I was low on calcium. What vitamins are you using?

I had this alot when I was pregnant or playing sports.  You need to drink more water.  You are getting dehydrated.  The more water you drink the less cramping.  It might take three days for you to get fully hydrated again and the cramps to stop.

I get those at night if I've not had enough water during the day.
Drink up my friend:0)
