I am 3 years out this past Septemeber and have gained 15 lbs in the last year.  I need to know where to start in order to loose these pounds.  It seems like I have it in my mind to do it, but then by mid-week, I am back to saying- Okay, next week.  What is a good way to start, what kind of basics do I need to go back to.  Could someone give me some suggestions, please...

How about going back to the liquid stage?  Protein shakes, broth, cream soups, that sort of thing.  It might help if you make sure to measure?  Being 2 weeks post op, it's the only thing I could think of - sorry!  Sandi

You may be right about going back to some of the basics.  I was thinking about soups and chili, just like being in stage 1 and 2.  That will probably help out a lot.  I am going to try that this week and see what happens- thanks Sandy~
