4 weeks out!!

Tomorrow I will be 4 weeks out and I am so excited. I am out of my tight 22 and in a 18 now. I have lost 23 lbs. This is nothing less than a miracle. I am excercising a bit. Whenever I feel like I am watching to much TV I stand up and tell my husband I am going for a walk. I would never have though this would happen to me.

5'4": Surgery 240/Current 135/Goal 140 = 105 lbs lost!!! BMI 22.5 I'm Normal

congratulation we are about the same surgery 249 current 210 went from pant size 24-22 to a 18
