Hows the lap banders doing?

Well just wanted to check and see how everyone was doing that had surgery this month. Has anyone had any problems? I have not and I am very happy about that. Hope everyone is making great progress and doing great!

Hi, So far I'm doing fine.  Ofcourse, it's only been 3 days since my surgery.  My tummy still feels hard and full of gas at times so I take a walk.  That helps a lot.  Other than that, I'm doing fine.  I'm getting in my fluids and liquid protein.  Seem to be ready for bed by 8:00 at night, though.  Just  trying to walk as much as possible.

I am 3 weeks post op tomorrow and everything seems to be fine so far.  Going for the 1st fill next week. 
no problems really here, just trying to get used to no gulping gallons of water every day.

how is it going for you?  finding any tricks out that you want to share?
I am making sure I am eating small bites and around 1/4 cup at a time.
my incisions are healing well, but the port one bothers me sometimes b/c i guess i is not fully healed yet.  they put it above my belly button to the right if i am looking down.  where did they put yours??
it hurst sometimes when I sit or turn to the right a certain way.  I can pretty much bend over now which is nice so I can put my shoes on.   Recovery was pretty easy except for the getting up and down part.
