Help...i scared
I have asthma... have been having trouble with it for about a month(yes I have seen my family doc) my question.. or rather issues. they have had me on steriods.. for about 3 weeks 60mg I hate them... due to the fact the make you hold water.. I hate them I am so scared that I am going to be gaining weight back I am also neveous because I have an apt with my doc tommorrow to see if I have made any improvenment which I havent Infact i have started running a high 103.5 fever an am worrried she is going to up the dose.any tricks to help with this....

First things first.....get well.
Weight that is a result of 'water' will be quickly lost once you are well.
It is too easy to focus just on the scale, please stop.
