weight tracker

How do I get my weight tracker on my page???

go to www.tickerfactory.com pick out weight loss graphs and set it up then at the end it will give you codes ... don't copy the codes copy the pic of your tracker and then come back to the message board and on the left side you will see user setting click in that and paste it to your signature and then every time you message all you will have to do is click on the bottom the the message options Include my signature.....

If you are talking about the weight tracker on your OH page, so to "My OH" then click on "My Tracker".  At the top og the page, you can change the date and then add your weight, if you want to backtrack and add previous weights.  Hope this helps!!
