I am six year post op and having gone through a lot of emotional and marital problems the past two years have grown 2 dress sizes. The emotional eating is back. Need help and advice to get back on track.

Depends what your motivation is. Try looking at "fat" pictures, making a list of the reasons you did this, etc. Most importantly, I think its a good time to try counseling and WLS support groups.

Not that I'm terribly knowledgeable about post op, as my RNY is on Sept 30th - but maybe you could take yourself back to the beginning again and pretend you've just had the surgery?  That feeling of euphoria with the weight loss?  Protein shakes, fluids - the light stuff?  Just a thought~Sandi

The counseling post is right on point.  Too your credit you seem to know is behind the need to eat.  Address it and your dress size will not increase.
