i'm confused on what exactly to eat on a clear liquid diet

Hi. I can't find Isopure around here today...any other protein clear liquids I can have?

my surgery is on tuesday and i'm on the lliquid diet and i was told to have 4 of the hmr 800 protein shakes a day and i can have one glass of juice or veg juice a day ... i  have one yogart or 4 0z of cottage cheese a day and all the sugar free popsicles and jello i want .... i hope that helps ...

That does not sound like a  "clear liquid" diet..but maybe it is considered a 'liquid' diet..just not clear ,and that's all your Dr. requires?  I need to know if I can have any of the protein mixes even chocolate on a clear liquid diet..I'm confused..Well,  I'm just sticking to jello and Popsicles and broth today then..Good luck on Tuesday.
