1 week to go

It's so interesting that each of our doctors have different pre-op plans. My doc enforces the two-week liquid diet beforehand, though for me he suggested I start earlier than that. By the time I have my procedure on Sept 15th I'll have been on the liquid diet for four weeks! If I'd known that starting out, I'd have been hella-depressed!  Still, it's nice to feel that I'm progressing already, even before the surgery.

There's a strong support group in middle Tennessee, and the members have been very helpful. But I think this board is going to be just as--or more--important to my success. Thanks for being here!
