9/16 is just around the corner
I am starting the liquid diet under my own volition, so tonight I invited my friend over and had a last hurrah meal, with stir fry veggies and shrimp ****tail. Nothing bad or fatty, but I definetely enjoyed it. The great company is always a plus too !!! My friend is super sensitive to foods so it's nice to be able to enjoy a meal with her that she can eat too.
I have been experimenting with the protein shakes over the last few weeks. I love the Slim Fast High Protein chocolate with a scoop of Simply Jiff peanut butter. It tastes like a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. So if you are a choc-aholic like me, this is a safe way to get that sweet fix.
The Designer Whey from GNC in is pretty good without a lot of after taste. I haven't tried the vanilla yet. I am going to get some tomorrow. Between this and the CIB, I think I will be able to manage for the next two weeks. I am not obsessed with chewing food, so to be on liquids only is no big deal as long as I am not hungry.
I think you were in my class on Tuesday? Weren't you? Its funny you never know you have a hat on in your pic and so do I!!!

I will be on Saturday, Friday night will be my last meal. Then the rest will be protein shakes until Monday then its soup broth and etc!
Off to refill my protein today getting ready for the big day!
Are you as excited as I am. I think I am loosing sleep because of it.
