Anyone else having surgery next Saturday??

HI Linda... if you will come to the lap band forum you will get all kinds of replies and help.. most all on the state boards have had RNY and our problems and issues are much different .Simply go th the top of this page and click on the word forum ,then scroll down to lap band and post your questions there .THere are some who have had to take certain anxiety/depression meds and they will help you. I was just passing thru here this morning I have never been on the Iowa board before but Hubby & I are leaving in about 10 days and going up to see our daughter near Des moines I was thnking of her this morning and poped in here to see what was going on... Thanks for the additional responses. It is scary. I'm about 150lbs overweight. Extremely uncomfortable and some days very painful. And my life has been on hold for over a decade now. I need help to lose this weight. Have tried most everything else.

I am also having surgery on that date, I can't wait. I will probably start to get nervous when I am in the pre-op room. Good Luck!
