About a week ago mine started doing the same thing. Some days it seems so bad that I feel like I'm gonna be bald. I dont even like to cook for my kids cuz I'm afraid that they are gonna find it in their food. YUK !!

I am afraid to say that I can eat anything. I mean anything. I haven't tried rice yet because I have heard horror stories, but I have never gotten sick. The last two days have been horrible. I have the munchies terrible. I did get the foamies from Chinese, but it wasn't too bad. I have not done any protein shakes, jus****ching what I eat. Overall, I think I am doing okay. I would like to lose faster, but am happy with my loss because my skin is able to keep up with my loss. I do have the wings, though. Pre-op - 288 3 months - 236 Total - 52 pounds Inches lost as of 7 weeks out - 25.5 I am down 4 pant sizes and 3 top sizes

Hey, I have had 2 fills so far, my surg date was 9/7 so a bit b4 you. preop weight was 260- Surg weight-242 today-213 so there ya go. It will come off, slowly but surely.

Pre-Op: 268 3 months: 211 Total Loss: 57 lbs I'm amazed how much I'm still losing. I've lost a steady 2-3 lbs a week since the dreaded 3 week stall ended in Oct. I'm still very cautious about adding new foods to my diet, but I seem to tolerate just about everything. My main food source is still cheese, pb, and whole wheat crackers which is not exactly a balanced diet. I am eating chicken and pasta too. I so miss salads! No more protein shakes for me. I am drinking lots of skim milk though. I'm still not exercising except for walking the dog, but I'm starting weight training after the holidays.

Hello, I had RNY a little after you & have lost about 30 lbs. It comes off VERY slowly. My Doc says I am doing fine & I'm just happy to see the scale moving downward instead of the opposite direction. Weightloss has to do with many things, as you know. I try not to compare myself with others. Sooner & more would be better, but it is what it is. I'm also not too eager for loose skin, so this rate is okay by me. So ask your Doc's opinion. Perhaps a nut also. 100 oz. of water seems like an awful lot. No green veggies because of blood thinners? Not familiar with that. Good luck! Islander

I just met with my dr for my 3 month check up and i had lab work done. He also tested the strength in my arms and legs. he said that we will burn muscle as well as fat. He said I was doing fine though.
