I am losing hair by the buckets. I figure if it gets really bad there are some HOT looking wigs out there. I have also gone with a short hair cut. I guess we just gotta have more protein.

Just read the other posts, and basically agree with them. No eating out of the jar and dit down and enjoy it. When I'm craving, and can't figure out what I'm wanting, PB is the anwser,, for me anyway.
One difference, I used a teaspoon and lick it like an ice cream cone, and of course, wait until my mouth is empty before my next "lick"

check your ZINC levels, mine where low and I am taking Zinc now and have noticed my hair is not falling out as much.

I can do 2 eggs scrambled, I stay away from red meat, but I really like soups, and can do a 12oz can of chicken noodle. Takes a bit, though.

Eat. You'll jump start your metabolism. You will have starts and stops to weight loss for 2 years. I lay off veggies, and I like a glass of whiskey over ice - I sleep better, just don't do it is you are driving - 'cuz you'll get **** faced fast!
You are doing great - weight loss is not fast, and not steady, but it will happen. Boost your activity, buy a pedometer, and walk around with it for a week, get to know what you do daily, and then up your output.
You'll be fine, and congratulations!

I work out about the same w/cardio, but only like 15 min of weights! good for you, sounds like you are doing GREAT!!!!

I go to the gym on average about 4x/week. I do 30 min. of cardio every time and, twice a week, I add about an hour of weight training. Having said that, last week, I got to the gym 5 times and went snowshoing on Sunday to begin the week and again on Saturday to end the week, so I actually exercised 7 times last week (originally, I thought it was 6 times, but now I remember that I did last Sunday too). Wow - that felt really good! I used to hate exercising, now I actually get upset if something gets in the way of my routine. I pack a gym bag every morning and go right after work.

I average about 1000 calories a day. My Nut says I can eat between 800 and 1400 as long as I continue to exercise and include weight training. I keep my protein to between 60 and 90 grams/day, with an average of 75. I also try to keep my total fat intake to less than 30% of my total caloric intake. Sometimes I eat a snack if I need to get in more protein, or I'll have a fruit about a half hour before heading to the gym. But I'm generally not very hungry, so I don't really think of having snacks too often.
