I'm scheduled for Sept 11th so I am right behind you. I'm beginning to get a little nervous but after wrestling with my "big" jeans this morning...I am so doing this. Am I the only one scheduled for Sept 11th? I started to request a change in dates but I figure what better date to start my new life like so many others had to do. Keep in touch.

I'm right behind you. My surgery is scheduled for Sept 11th in Cincinnati. I'm with you on needing all of the friends and support I can get. Let me know how it goes for you and I will do the same. We can be BIG LOSERS together.

I've got the same date too. It's right around the corner. I start liver shrink diet on Aug 27th which is even closer. Good luck to you! Arkldy

Nervous, anxious, excited! I have chosen to tell very few people. My Husband is very supportive of me but assures me that he loves me the way I am....hopefully that will also mean that he will still love me at half the size! Haven't taken any pics yet. HATE taking pics...perhaps that will change. I would love to get a nice portrait of me and my precious daughter before she gets too old. I have been so camera shy that I don't have but two or three snaps of she and I together since she was born 3 1/2 years ago. One of my goals I guess. Who else is having surgery on the 4th?
