September 5th for me also! I'm running back and forth between my bed (where I have my laptop) and the toilet now that I've had my 10 oz of citrate of magnesium. I've had almost 48 oz of water since I drank that -- it was NASTY and way too sweet tasting for me.
Good luck to ALL of us!! We'll be losers tomorrow.

I'm on day 14. I have surgery tomorrow. Since I started the liquid diet, I've gone from 348 to 332, so I've lost 16 lbs so far.
I'm excited. Right now I'm waiting for the full effects of the citrate of magnesium to kick in and clear out the intestines and bowels.

Hey guys Im getting really bored with my meal choices right now and just thought I would see what kinds of things you guys eat? I had lapband and Im doing low carb,high protein..any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Body's in full ketosis from the liquid diet now and I'm not even hungry anymore. The fat is melting.

Emotional for sure.....I still face some negative feedback from my sister and one of my daughters. Concern I guess and it works on my psyche....By the way.....You are in augusta.....I am in martinez.....I am 9 days after you....By my date you will be giving me encouraging comments I am sure....

I called my MD every day until they got tired of hearing my voice......only you, yourself, can feel and understand how important getting a firm date to work towards is.
