Stalls are going to happen, just continue doing the right thing and you will start losing again. My doctor doesn't want me weighing myself at all, except for when I see him, but I do weigh myself once a month so I know I am on the right track.
I am also stalled. Part of my stall is I am not getting all the exercise in that i should be. My weight has been yo-yo-ing, which it always does in the summer. Like the others say, it gives me a chance to see that my psychie catches up with the eyesight.
Thanks for the responce, i no i need to up my exercise as well, but finally on monday the scale moved ...wooohooooo....and i have also been drinking more water so mabey thats whats helping
