How many calories are you eatting?
I average about 1000 calories a day. My Nut says I can eat between 800 and 1400 as long as I continue to exercise and include weight training. I keep my protein to between 60 and 90 grams/day, with an average of 75. I also try to keep my total fat intake to less than 30% of my total caloric intake. Sometimes I eat a snack if I need to get in more protein, or I'll have a fruit about a half hour before heading to the gym. But I'm generally not very hungry, so I don't really think of having snacks too often.
I go to the gym on average about 4x/week. I do 30 min. of cardio every time and, twice a week, I add about an hour of weight training. Having said that, last week, I got to the gym 5 times and went snowshoing on Sunday to begin the week and again on Saturday to end the week, so I actually exercised 7 times last week (originally, I thought it was 6 times, but now I remember that I did last Sunday too). Wow - that felt really good! I used to hate exercising, now I actually get upset if something gets in the way of my routine. I pack a gym bag every morning and go right after work.
