How's everyone Weight Loss & eating going?
Our board has been really slow these last couple of weeks, so I was just wondering how everyone is doing..
Pre-op: 255lbs
3mths: 295.5
Total Loss: 59.5
My eating is going well.. I've finally found a protein shake that I can drink every morning.. I still can not do any kind of beef, it just doesn't agree with me at all.. Still working on chewing my food really slowly, but that will always be a battle for me..

I have gone from a size 24W or 26W to a size 16W or 18W. I am very happy and excited. I have had one scope to stretch the opening into the pouch, but will be calling the Dr. today to see if I need it again. I have not been able to get much down and even liquid makes me nauseous. I may have to have another scope. Still would do it all again. Today is the start of my 12th week.
Pre-op: 237lbs

I have started working out at my local YMCA, so I am finally getting in my needed exercise. No real food problems. I don't even seem to need to chew differently than before. Of course I get full faster, thank goodness. I can eat 4 oz fish at a time and with the Tilapia fillets I get from Wal-Mart that is 21 grams of protein. I just throw it in the oven covered with some Newman's Own Pineapple Salsa for 15 minutes. I never use to eat fish but now I have it probably 3 times a week. I have used regular salsa too and I want to try Newman's Own Mango Salsa.

I'm amazed how much I'm still losing. I've lost a steady 2-3 lbs a week since the dreaded 3 week stall ended in Oct. I'm still very cautious about adding new foods to my diet, but I seem to tolerate just about everything. My main food source is still cheese, pb, and whole wheat crackers which is not exactly a balanced diet. I am eating chicken and pasta too. I so miss salads! No more protein shakes for me. I am drinking lots of skim milk though.
I'm still not exercising except for walking the dog, but I'm starting weight training after the holidays.
I am afraid to say that I can eat anything. I mean anything. I haven't tried rice yet because I have heard horror stories, but I have never gotten sick. The last two days have been horrible. I have the munchies terrible. I did get the foamies from Chinese, but it wasn't too bad. I have not done any protein shakes, jus****ching what I eat. Overall, I think I am doing okay. I would like to lose faster, but am happy with my loss because my skin is able to keep up with my loss. I do have the wings, though.

I am down 4 pant sizes and 3 top sizes
I am bown 68 lbs. I am hoping to make it 70 by my 4 month anniversary. It will Jan. 10. I also have no problem with food. No dumping here. I do get the foamies once in a while and will throw up. The last episode was probably over a month ago. Turkey bacon was the trigger. Needless to say I have not tried it again!
