You are doing EVERYTHING RIGHT. Our bodies take a little time to adjust. They are not sure what is happen and the weight loss slows (or stops) because it thinks it is going into hibernation. You will weigh yourself one day soon and will be down 3 or more pounds. I hate the stalls but they all pass and they are usually followed by a big loss. Hold in there! I can't wait till you post about that loss!

You're doing nothing wrong. It's just a "stall" that you're in. I did the same thing 3 weeks out for 2 weeks.
I'm now almost 12 weeks out (tomorrow) and I'm down over 52 lbs since surgery and over 85 lbs total.
Be patient. Continue your exercise. Continue your liquids. Continue your protein. Take your supplements. It WILL come off.
