I'm not loosing!!

I'm 2 1\2 weeks out the first weeks 1\2 I lost 19 lbs. but I have lost NOTHING in the past 9 days - I am drinking all of my water and getting about 70-75g of protien a day and eating 3 TBL of food 2-3x\day & am walking a mile everyother day! What am I doing wrong?

Kati, You are doing EVERYTHING RIGHT. Our bodies take a little time to adjust. They are not sure what is happen and the weight loss slows (or stops) because it thinks it is going into hibernation. You will weigh yourself one day soon and will be down 3 or more pounds. I hate the stalls but they all pass and they are usually followed by a big loss. Hold in there! I can't wait till you post about that loss! Shelley

Your in a plateau, no fun but as the post above says our bodies were used to getting food all the time and lots of it, but now it is only getting little bits at a time and it thinks its starving you will start losing again. I stalled for about 2 weeks and then boom 10 lbs just like fell off.

You're doing nothing wrong. It's just a "stall" that you're in. I did the same thing 3 weeks out for 2 weeks. I'm now almost 12 weeks out (tomorrow) and I'm down over 52 lbs since surgery and over 85 lbs total. Be patient. Continue your exercise. Continue your liquids. Continue your protein. Take your supplements. It WILL come off. Susan

I love these post... The reassurance keep me on track. I too have had a stall and the holidays did not help me out but I have been working out like a mad woman. I go for a second fill on the 29th. Please keep you fingers crossed for RESTRICTION !!!
