New Month.. How much are you down?
Hey Everyone,
I had my lap RNY on 09/18.... I lost 15 lbs the first week, and since then about 3. So, I am kind of disapointed.
I am getting my protein and liquids in, taking all my supplements and exercising everyday. I'm walking at least a mile a day, sometimes two and I am doing water aerobics a couple times a week.
I'm getting discouraged. I know that 19 lbs in 3 weeks is good, but 3 pounds in two weeks -not so inspiring.
I know it's early but I'm already worried that I'm not doing well. I've never been a binge eater, prior to surgery ate 1500-2000 calories a day and exercised. I am worried that I am doomed genetically to be fat forever. Eating 600 calories a day really should produce more of a weight loss....
