I'm now 9mnths out and i have been losing for almost 4 mnths. Does anyone know a good vitamin or shampoo that straightens or helps it grow back?? I saw the Biotin pills and they are HUGE! Any suggestions? I would appreciate it
I'm not there yet, but my dr. warned that this would happen, but not to panic - that you will NOT go bald. other than that - congrats on your new healthy lifestyle!
