Hi Robin, Me too! just five more days.. yeah!! I'm nervous but am SOO looking forward to it.. My surgeon is Dr. Beltre in Altamonte Springs Florida. He is really so nice and he makes me feel like my surgery will be a whiz.. yeah I like that. Good luck Robin and I hope all goes smoothly. Please keep in touch and keep us updated on how it went. Me Too!!!!!!!!!!! September 19th is gonna be a happening day. My surgery is w/ Dr. Bounanni in Philly, PA. What a journey this has been....but Wedensday is the 1st day of the rest of our lives. Hi Tanya,My name is Trish,I was reading your post and noticed you are a patient of Dr.Bonnani,I have just started my journey with him and was wondering if i could pick your brain about your thoughts on him ,his staff and how your journey has gone so far,I have decided to get the DS,I was thinking about lap band but the DS has been calling me for some reason,I went to the info seminar on tuesday the 11th and have an appt to see paula beam on the 8th of oct! Did you have to have 6 monthes with a doc perscribed weight loss?I am alittle worried about that,because i havent,Seems my thyroid wont allow me to lose a pound! Hi Robin, Me Too!!! September 19th at 7:00 am. I am so ready. Can't wait. I've been on a liquid diet now for 8 days and have lost 15#'s. I'm pretty proud of that.
