Sept 19th is the day

Im having surgery next week.IM getting scared.I haven't told my kids..They think we are going on a vacation.OH did I mention it is in Montrrey Mexico..I have done all my homework and spook with some people who has done the same thing Im doing..I dont have insurance for this surgery so I have to do what I need to do..Anyone on the same day??? Hi Cary, Mine is on the 19th too. 7:00 am. Can't wait to get on with the rest of my life. I love your saying at the end of your message. So fitting. If you don't mind I would like to post on my fridge. I too wasn't going to tell my kids but I decided I better just in cause. My daughter doesn't want me to do it. She's afraid I will die. My 2 boys are pretty accepting about it. Soooo Good luck to you.

Hi Cary, My surgery is also scheduled for September 19th .. at 2:20 PM . I'm so scared and nervous but need to do this. I'm having the sleeve gastrectomy.. my understanding is that this will replace the RNY (gastric bypass) possibly sometime in the near future. My surgery is also September 19, 2007 I live in Ontario, Canada I will be travelling to Long Island NY for my surgery. Like the dummy I am I posted above that my surgery is on the 17th but that is the date I leave for New York. Hope all goes well with you. Kim

Hi Kim, Wow.. there are so many of us having surgery on September 19th.. Sounds like a good luck day for all of us. My cousin was surprised when I told her my surgery is on the 19th because that's her birthday. She and I grew up very close and our love for one another is like sisters more than cousins. Just five more days.. YIKES!! Can you believe we are almost there? Good luck to you Kim, and I hope everything goes smoothly. Keep in touch and let me know how it went and I will do the same.
