Hey everyone! Well, today was a great day! I got my surgery date!!!! It's September 12th!!! OMG! I am excited! Although, my reaction wasn't as I thought it would be, I thought I would be crying and jumping up and down for joy, but I just talked with Nancy and she gave me the date and that was that. I called some people and I still haven't cried. I am definitely the crying type! I think it is just nerves and actually seeing a date is kinda throwing me off. I am so used to not seeing a date there. Don't worry I will cry soon enough! I love all of you and I thank you SOOOOO much for your support and wisdom. I love the people that I have met on this great site! Also, I am in the hunt for an angel! I know ALL of you are angels! So if anyone would like the job, I am pretty easy to work with!! lol! I think I gained 7 lbs since my pre-op appt in May. OOPS! I have started walking a mile a day last week so hopefully that will help. I am trying to watch my carbs and exercise. I will start protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and then have a lean cuisine or light dinner two weeks before. At least thats what my doctor's office recommends. I am a little nervous, but more excited and want it to be over with 4 weeks from today!!!!! Good Luck everyone!!!
