Hi Laura, I've tried about 4 or 5 different ones. The best and most available that I found is the Carnation Instant Breakfast 0 carbs. It's at all the grocery stores.( I love it and have been drinking it for my breakfast) There is also Boost. It is sold at the grocery stores too. There is the milk flavor boost but also the juice flavor. Some people like them. (I haven't tried it yet but bought it.) The more expensive one that I just love is the Nectar. It is not a milky drink and is more like juices. It is awesome. I found it at a muscle building store. That was an interesting trip! LOL. But I bought the Caribbean Cooler. It tastes just like a Pina Colada. They also have Apple, Berry Mix, etc. I've read lots of other reviews on this one and many people just love it. It really is a matter of personal taste. I am September 5th too. It is a big step and we have to think positive! I have been preparing every day. Stocking up on protein drinks, vitamins, broth, jello, etc. Reading the site and making sure all my ducks are lined up. I have been very open with my friends and co-workers. They have given me incredible support! It's amazing how much that helps calm the nerves. I hope everything goes smooth and easy for you! May your guardian angels surround you and bring you through it all with flying colors!
