Wow,that's cool. My BMI is 40.1 and I'm on a three week preop lowcarb diet! But, it has given me a head start on weight loss (nine days out, down seven pounds) so whatever..

Yes same here, liver shrinking diet. I start tomorrow, my surgery is next Thurs., 9/7. Diet consists of protien shakes, sugar free jello,popsicles, fat free broth and soup (not cream), lots of water! So today I had wendy's for lunch, LOL.

I am not scared anymore because right now my legs are hurting so bad from the weight that I am looking forward to it! Good luck with everything.

I am sharing that date with you....may the both of us come through our surgeries with no complications and rapid healing!!! I agree...I will never forget that either. Here's to our new lives...
