Cold Hands and Feet

I am 2 years out, RNY have lost over 110 pounds, keeping it off. In the last two months I have been having a horrible time with numb fingers and cold hands and feet. I know there could be a lot of reasons for this. Though I was getting carpal tunnel but now dont think so. Is anyone else having this kind of problem?

It sounds like a circulation problem. Have you talked to your doctor?  How is your Hgb (iron level)?  Taking your vitamins?

I have had the same problem since my surgery,, i try to get out and start moving it helps alot..
