Surgiversary

Yeah!!!! Today is one year anniversary. I can hardly believe it has been a whole year and 125 pounds later. I have accomplished so much this year that I could not have done a year ago. I have no regrets and am hoping to be at goal by Halloween.

CONGRATULATIONS! My one year will be up on the 28th....I have spent this past week putting together a "before and after" email to my friends and family to show them how far I've come...it's been an amazing experiece! 12 months 119 lbs lost since surgery - 159 since approval/orientation 06/06 Hope to lose about 15 more lbs...whenever that happens. Keep up the good work!
