So I noticed that in the last week I am able to eat about 2-3 ozs of food at a time. Is this normal? What is everyone eating? I find I have a weird craving for potatoes... I limit them and eat them only after I had protien. I am gown 68 lbs from surgery and am drinking more protien... plain water is also not as bad as it was. I wish all my Sept buddies the best. ~Michelle

Hi Michelle, Per my MDs instructions, I eat about a half a cup of food, three times a day - 4 tablespoons protein, 2 tablespoons veggies and 2 tablespoons fruit for lunch and dinner. At breakfast, I substitute 2 tablespoons of grain for the veggies. Sometimes I can eat it all, sometimes I can't - depending on how dense the protein is. If I have meats, I usually can't eat all of the fruits and veggies. Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Cassie

I am awfull I do not measure anything. I eat a little then stop when I feel like I am close to full. I can eat a whole piece of toast. My favorite is beef jerky I eat a 20gr piece and that's a quick meal. I do drink tonnes of water more than enough each day. I find if I eat too little my weighloss slows. I eat some protein right before bed usually too. I think the farther away from "starvation mode " we are, the better we lose. I am no expert but it works for me. Paula
