egg whites from two eggs, finely chopped onion and garlic, thin layer of kraft fat free cheddar, and a dash of basil, rosemary, and salt. Yummy...it made me happy!
You should try just the whites. I can't tolerate the whole egg, but whites are good and I don't get the yucky feeling. I have gourmet eggs twice a week and I love them. Makes for a good dinner too!

How are you doing girl? I guess you're back in Chattanooga now? How much weight have you lost? I've lost 65 lbs so far. My BMI is now under 40. My first goal was to get under 250 lbs and as of this past Monday I was 245!!!
