Protein supplements?

Like Sharon, I use the chocolate Body Fortress from Wal-Mart. I like it and it has 23 g of protein.

My favorite (I have tried MANY) is Light Muscle Milk, I got it at the Vitamin Shop. It doesnt have that weird protein smell or taste. Cindy
