I am officially a LOSER

I am now 5 days post op, and doing well. Surgery went fine with no complications. Just getting used to the new feeling of my pouch. I know we are all new post-ops or almost post-ops on this board, but we will have so much to talk about as the weeks progress.

I'm now 14 days out Sharon & I've lost 14 pounds since my surgery on the 29th.....& 27 pounds since I began my journey on March 30th! That's wonderful that you feel so darn well. I do too & only have this wonderful surgery to thank. However be very careful how you chew your food because while eating egg beaters I didn't chew it well enough & also at it too fast & had the dumping syndrome which gave me such cramps & dizziness it was unbelievable! I had to lay down for over 3 hours because of it. How are you doing now & what are you eating? Have you found things to add to your food so it is tastier? Phyllis
