Hi there.............I'm scheduled for the 13th. I'm in the baltimore area. Right now I'm struggling with trying to lose some weight before surgery.Otherwise, I'm sooooo excited....can't wait to be on the "losing side"!!!!!!!!!

I understand about the struggling part..I have mannaged to loose weight ~im now at 187 and hoping to lose 10 more before surgery from the total liquid part. who is doing your surgery?

I will be at Sinai Hospital with Dr Alex Gandsas. His program has been disignated as a Center of Excellence so I have confidence in him. The nutritionist assures me that if I follow the plan she gave me I should lose enough weight.I'm having a hard time giving up my sweets, but I intend to give it a fresh start this weekend by doing some walking also.Have you finished all your pre-op stuff?
