I got my date!!!!!! :)
I think I gained 7 lbs since my pre-op appt in May. OOPS!
I have started walking a mile a day last week so hopefully that will help.
I am trying to watch my carbs and exercise. I will start protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and then have a lean cuisine or light dinner two weeks before. At least thats what my doctor's office recommends.
I am a little nervous, but more excited and want it to be over with
