the scale said 180 this morning but I'm sure it will bounce back up a few pounds during the week. that's what has been happening lately.
so how do you feel? You look good.

I believe the scale said 216.6 this morning. I finally am able to wrap my self around getting lower than 220 ! Can we say

284 this morning.
I seem to be bouncing around in those 2 lbs but i'm sure it will start catching up to me in the months to come...lol
Okay everyone weigh in and let us all know how you did this last 2 weeks, see I remembered I didn't post last week.

I haven't been around much lately but it does look like it has gotten slow around here. Maybe we are all just getting used to our new lives and dont have as many questions and concerns anymore. I know I feel pretty comfortable with it all now. I still can't believe it's been a year and a half though!!!

If you're not sick with a virus today, I'd say you experienced a low blood sugar attack. Something that we all are seemingly experiencing lately. I know I do if I don't get in enough protein and a decent amount of good carbs. It's weird.

for breakfast I had Oatmeal with blueberries and bananas. As a rule I have some form of eggs for breakfast but today I thought I would have Oatmeal. It's not the first time I've had oatmeal. I would say I have had it around 5 times since my surgery but always just a monkey dish full with an egg first.
So today was the first time with a whole bowl of oatmeal.
an hour later we went to the gym and I began with my 30 minute cardio. then went I went to the weight machines. After doing 2 machines I began to cold sweat and became very weak. It was weird. So I think it was because I didn't have my usual protein for breakfast.
That's the only reason I could come up with.
Any other ideas?
