WOW!!! You had surgery the same day I did!!! I am doing great.. DOwn 207 lbs, had round 1 plastics, and round 2 scheduled for 1/11/2008. I , too, FREEZE.. I can never seem to get warm.. always have my heater in my car to 90 !!!

Hi all, I have not been here in a while, life gets hectic when you have more going on I guess. Anyway, here we are almost 2 1/2 years out, let's pat ourselves on the back. I have been doing very well. I have maintained @ 130-135lbs for the past 18 months or so. I feel good, taking my vitamins and calcium. I get cold a lot more now, less fat to keep me warm which I struggle with (yes it DOES get very COLD in California, I know, I know, stop complaining right?!) Want to wish every one of you a Merry Christmas/Happy Hannukkah/etc. and here is to a great 2008 for us all! Love, Amy

Nope. I work for a municipality, and we are being showered with See's chocolates right now! So easy to say, "I'll just have one". Yeah, right! But I did lose 5 lbs last week after that 12 lb. weight gain, so I'm feeling much better!

My anniversary was Sept 21st! I understand your still looking at 3-4 x clothing! I still go to the "Women's Department" in Walmart, etc. I even had an arguement with the clerk at Sears about a year ago. I was trying on a size 8 and it was too big. I told the girl that it was an 18, and too big, and needed maybe a 10. She insisted it was an 8, and I needed a 6! "NO WAY!" I said! and proceeded to argue with her! How embarassing! As for the exercise, I hear you on that one too. I've been trying to walk for an hour while my son is at football practice, but always think of an excuse, too, and I live in California, so weather is good most of the time. We went on a cruise, too, and was still too embarassed to wear a bathing suit in public, but did wear shorts. Anyway, just know you aren't alone. I guess this is a lifelong struggle, but a much healthier and happier one than before! Blessings! Stephanie
