Let me tell you I watched that show and it made me mad too and I thought these people had problems before they lost the weight and try to blame it on the surgery. I had issues of being molested from my dad when I was a child and thats where my issues come from mentally but I had diabetes too and I feel like I was dying. My blood sugars were over 500 and since the surgery I haven't had any shots no medicines etc. I am healthy now because of it. Do I have issues "yes I do" but they are issues from before of being molested not because of the surgery and I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THOSE ISSUES MYSELF has nothing to do with the surgery and if I could go on OPRAH and tell my story I would. She didn't give us any credit to those who have been successful in their journey and I think she should.

Paula, Sounds fantastic!! I know just what you mean about fitting into stuff. I bought a store costume at a German store here I think just because I could actually fit into it and in fact it is probably one size too big!! But I am sponsoring a dance for my Middle School here and costumes are optional so I am wearing mine!! Kids will love to see me in a costume: It is a short witches skirt costume in black and orange with a hat and it is so cute!! Hope you and kids enjoy your big party and can't wait to see pics. I started the slim fast shakes the ones that keep you full for 4 hrs. * They are a new Kind* They seem to work for me. I have replaced that with one meal. I am like you at this point. I am trying to get back on track/ Get my almond back. LOL Hugs Barb
