ong I just did the same thing with and apple. LOL... I didn't throw though. I just got an very upset stomach. As far as the candy goes. I was just talking with one of the women here, we will have junk food around from now until January 2nd. guaranteed. I hate it. the guy in the next office has candy all the time, I am always making him take meetings in my office, just so I won't be around it. d

wait! now you want "fairness" too? life is NOT fair - if it were we would all have been born thin, rich and beautiful - we wouldn't have to work or clean our houses and we could eat anything we wanted! We would have personal trainers and cooks in our kitchen preparing us healthy meals and of course if life were REALLY fair we would have perfect husbands that catered to our every whim so much for fairness - now back to reality...sighhhhhhhhhhh - but I will never stop wishing and dreaming! at this time 2 years ago I would have had all sorts of candy on my desk because of Halloween (and any other excuse I could come up with) and would have just been thoughtlessly munching on it...we have changed...now I look for healthy things to eat when I am hungry - I think the bad part about the pear today was (other than tossing my guts) that I wasn't hungry - it was just impulsive eating! but like you said...at least it was a pear (or 1/2 of one anyway - oh wait...none of it stayed so it doesn't count!!! :lol) have a great weekend hon... love, Linda

OH god that's terrible.....i do that all the time the eating too fast thing but i havent threw up yet.... so about that.....well atleast u were eating a pear and not something junky..see how much we have changed.

ugh - I just learned my lesson the hard way! Being out over a year now you would think I would know better - but apparently I needed a reminder I had my pear sitting on my desk and thoughtlessly picked it up and started eating it...I was working and trying to get things done so I can get out on time for the weekend (I'm a little hyper today)...I guess I was taking way too big bites and eating way too fast - needless to say the pear didn't stay with me - 1/2 way thru it suddenly occured to me that I was going to throw up - I ran to the ladies room and spent the next 10 mins tossing my guts lesson well learned - take small bites, chew thoroughly and eat SLOW. who woulda thunk it just thought I would send you guys a reminder - YUCK hugssssssssss....Linda

I eat chocolate too..BUT I only allow myself to have it the day b4 and the day my cycle starts, i figure that wy i can blaim it on water retention...hehe I count my calories for the day and try to burn 1000 cal more a day then I take in. I don't do it everyday and latley i'm lucky to burn off what I take in. I figured it like this ,If i try to burn 100 cam more then I take in thats about 7000 cal over what I eat so it works out to 2 lbs a week 7000 devided by the 3500 that equals a pound. Some days I ***** moan and complain the whole time i'm on the stair stepper or tredmill , but I do it becouse I know it's the only way it works, and I DO NOT want to be 488 lbs again. Each time you skip the chance to work out think about how you felt pre op, how you wanted to be healthy and smaller,now think...you ARE. Don't waste this chance , you have come so far don't let it all go now, you CAN do this , realy you can , you have been doing it already for over a year. Huuuuuuuggggggggsssssssss, Shel P.s> I get depressed some days becouse I am just now where most of you began and it seems so far to go still, but it helps to know you guys were once where I am and now look where you are, I too can do this , I just have to refocus sometimes many times a day, You are my motivation too, all of you. I don't think any one of us could do this ALONE.
