Topic: Getting my tummy tuck!
I am scheduled for a breast reduction (which insurance is paying for) on December 15th. God has been kind and I am now able to afford to private pay for the abdominoplasty for the same day! 
I am so happy I will only be going under the knife once instead of trying to do it again in a few months.

Donna, send that reinforcement to me!!! I am trying to stay away from it. I snacked today before lunch, so no lunch for me! I didn't snack on candy, but it was baked crackers...That means I need protein for dinner tonight!!!
Keep up the good work...and keep whispering, "NO CANDY" and then whisper "YOU TOO EMILY!!!"

Hey Linda, I want to go shopping with you!!! Return the boots honey, and get some with a wider calf. Don't be uncomfortable!! Or try on some others, maybe these were mis-sized at the top.

I am literately walking past the half dozen candy baskets in my company talking to my self. Saying "no candy no candy". The woman here wonder why they struggle with their weight... helloooooo even the ittibitti candies aren't good for you.....
So the voices in my head seem to be on the right page for now....

Thanks Paula, I will print this out and keep it. I seem to have a funny thing happening to me, Paula, but i don't think it's permanent. But since my knee surgery I have lost about 9 pounds and am down to 151, which is really a little too thin for me. I am 5'7" so if I were a few years younger it wouldn't matter, but at my age I think I am looking too frail and weak. Like I said, I think it's temporary and only a result of surgery. Isn't that weird - who would have thought I would ever say I'm getting too thin!!!

SS - not only can you do this, but you WILL do this!! This is part of the goal for you, and you know you will succeed. Especially since it is obvious that you are so results oriented, and look at you -- planning already how to make it happen.
