Hi Cutie, I didn't see this until tonight (I've been busy - what a concept!!), but my one thing is I did my physical therapy exercises and didn't cry!!! And I've only taken two vicodin so far. Yeaaa for the druggie!!! Serioulsy, what I did today was (and I didn't even see this challenge) try to eat more at meals. I am not eating a cup of food at any given time but I did try to increase. This is a problem for me!! Honestly, I think I have a problem cause I have no interest at all in eating. It's a chore to me. love donna

Hi Courtney, do what donna said and try fitday to track what you are really eating. Try adding protein drinks to your daily menu. I know you are exercising so that is good. And the fact that you are aware and catching it this early is good. I know you are disciplined, so get out that old discipline and just don't snack!! You've been diligent before and you can do it again. Good luck on the career decision -- remember always go up in money never down!! We work too hard to get where we are and I think (as an ex-HR person) women always negotiate so low and really can get more than they think. Aim high!! love donna

Hi donna, I have never dumped. What happens to you - is it puke or what? Sleeping isn't bad!! I've heard chills?? Do you have any pain? I'm sorry you had this, but maybe it is good!! Be careful. and I wouldn't have thought cheese pizza would be that bad!! love donna

I did pretty good. If I can just keep it up. I did 30 minutes todays. I was doing 1hr So I want to get back up there. Notice how those skinny jeans are so tight and hard to get up over the hips. Once you do that you have it licked. And i did it with these. I have three more pair that are size 6. That is my next goal i cant get then up all the way and have alot of hang over. My boots. I had on my daughter and I celabrated my birthday yesterday. Because she is giving birth on my birthday Dec4. She took me to frickers and then bought me those boots/ I love them. It takes balls to wear them Like i do, But i use to wear them like that in the 70s and 80s so I have not problem with it. and it seems to be comming back in stlye Take Care Barb

So this weekend after being perfect monday-friday. I strayed again... this time I felt horrible. I dumped on three bites of a cheese pizza. All I could do Sunday was sleep, due to poor food choices. So lesson learned.... I am thrilled I now dump on sugars and bad carbs again...I am not beating myself up, I have started today fre**** is now 3:00 and I have exercised, taken my vits, water and am eating well.... so for those of you who don't dump. Try de-toxing for a week and see how it goes. donna
