Yesterday I went back to basics...I know I was slipping and with the holidays coming there was no room for that! I got in 100 oz of protein - most of it was from protein shakes because that's what works for me - I only had 1 cup of coffee (w/ protein) - I drank 50 oz of water - Wednesday after work I will be going directly to the gym, not passing GO and NOT collecting $200 - I NEED to do this. I have my surgeon's support group meeting tonight so that will help a little also - I am going back to where I was after surgery with a soft and liquid diet - I am eliminating all the bad stuff from my body effective immediately! I have gone thru my house and tossed ANYTHING that isn't good for me - it's back to basics with NO excuses

Topic: morning- todays challange
since I had a 2 hour commute today, thanks to the rain and New England drivers, I won't be able to do a regular work out. I have PTO tonight right after work etc....
So my challenge to day is hard, I will try to pop into the gym through out the day and do some weight training...
Lift one repetition every time I go in. I will let everyone know how I make out...
anyone else in for the challenge, what's your 1 thing?

Dumping for me includes puking. At least this weekend it did. I will normally throw up when I eat to much to fast, now it is from eating bad foods. I get sweaty, have some pain that usually passes after 15 minutes and will get shaky. Then all I want to do is sleep for an hour or so.
I had been craving pizza, not any more....lol

my girls are 20 & 22 (I was just with my oldest for her birthday - that's why it took me so long to respond to this)
I work for a sheetmetal ductwork fabricator and installation company. I am the financial controller/office manager/wearer of all hats - being 1 of 2 females in the company the language flies - it's very easy to pick it up and use it but I am trying to fix that!
now it's time for work

Take care of the nervous stuff in a different way. Me, Emotional eater, I had to find other things to do when I had big decisions to make: Try writing when you feel nervouse or just going for a walk. Any of those things will help. Try just having high protein snacks if you must snack: String cheese is my all time fav and has 8 grams of protein per string cheese and they come in 2% milk!! Let's see: Today Nov 14 I will drink my 64 oz of water but not all at once. I am great at getting it in but usually 32 oz before 600am(already did today) and then 32 oz at another sitting. I will sip the rest of the 32 oz so I don't pee it all away!! Jacqueline
