psssssssssssssssssssssssst....thanx for sharing! I get that newsletter also - I love the site and the information
I don't eat at Chili's because it's a little too spicey for me - but I've tried the other places and they really aren't bad...I have to say that I think my favorite is Applebees.
being that I am dating now I need to go places that I know I have choices!
love you ... Linda (hugsssssssssssssss)

Thanks so much. DH and I are going out tonight, we have to finish up our christmas shopping. Dinner is on the plan- not sure were we will end up, but I do like Ruby Tuesday. They have some really good choices.
I am going to check out the web site as soon as I get the chance.

I think that those folks, like us, got a tool to give them a jump-start...the motivation of money helps too!
Fortunately, we can live with our tool...I don't know how successful those folks will be in the long run, because none of us can have a life and a job and do exercise and work out 5 hours a day.
But Eric was really a hottie after losing all that weight...I'm happy for all of them.
I usually exercise one hour a day and although I'm committed to it, some days it's hard to find that time..I find that I have to get less sleep in order to get it in.

some days I can eat as much as you described. Other days, I'm lucky to get in 800 caloried. Most days, though, I eat about 1200-1400 calories. I almost always have 2 SF popsicles in the middle of the afternoon and a SF Milano cookie before dinner. I am hooked on those things.
Breakfast for me is usually Fuzzy Navel, but sometimes I'll have a slice of 12-grain bread with cheese melted on top as well.

Hi Donna,
I am not sure is what I eat is normal, but it is for me!! In the am, if I run( almost daily) I get in a full 32 oz of water before I eat anything. Then I have a protein shake and usually hot chocolate made from milk and baking chocolate. The first food I eat is probably about 900ish and I have three string cheese. Lunch today is one of those small snack lunchables with turkey and cheese and crackers; I also have water somewhere between breakfast and lunch and then water on the way home( 16 oz bottles.
For dinner: Honestly, by the time I get home, if I eat: It might be a few oz of cheese and a roll or some crackers. I do snack at night: BAD HABIT; Usually some pretzles or a few cookies and then some more hot chocolate made from milk and baking chocolate.
This is a typical day for me and yields the right protein and h2o for me: 80 + g Protein adn 80 oz H20.
If I go out, dinner is a real meal but being single means I do not have to cook!! HURRAH and since I live overseas, there are no fast food places to stop at on the way home!! Lucky for me!! OK, There is a Burger King and Popeyes on the Air Base here but fried foods make me sick!!
Alright: Now you tell me, Is this normal? Hugs, jacqueline
