I went to my TOPS meeting and I lost 4.5 lbs YEAHHHHH I started doing a really hard workout everyday after work and cutting out my chips and crap that I shouldn't be eating, and trying to stay FOCUS on what I put in my mouth and it has paid off!!! I hope I lose more this week cuz I am gonna keep on doing the crosstrainer everyday after work ok not everyday but 4 times a week!! I am so happy to finally lose I was getting so discouraged and felt like a failure!!! gonna do the So the moral to this is if we don'****ch every bite that goes into our mouth and make the right decision we will GAIN!! But we can LOSE it if we try hard enough and be patient!!
